It is a simple process to relocate to Canada with your family, most people don't know they can do this at ease

Family sponsorship applications are still being accepted and processed in Canada.

•The travel restrictions have had the least impact on international family immigration.

• Citizens and permanent residents' immediate family members are still allowed to enter the country, and spousal and common-law sponsorship applications are being processed as usual, with the IRCC allowing some wiggle room in incomplete applications.

• If you're flying, you must meet all airline requirements and pass a health screening before boarding your flight. Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to fly into Canada.

When you arrive in Canada, they will examine your health before allowing you to leave the port of entry. When you arrive in Canada, you must have a 14-day quarantine plan in place. Even if you don't have any symptoms, you must do this. You should not travel to Canada if you do not have a plan.

• Quarantine rules apply only to those who perform critical services, such as truck drivers who cross the border regularly to keep the flow of products moving.

Sponsorship of a Family Class in Canada

What does it mean to "sponsor" a family class?

If your relatives become permanent residents of Canada, they will be able to live, study, and work there. If you're at least 18 years old and meet the following criteria, you can sponsor certain relatives to come to Canada.

• Canadian citizen or permanent resident

• a person in Canada who is registered as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act; or

• Permanent resident of Canada

Who is eligible to immigrate to Canada with their families?

In Canada, family sponsorship is a way to reconnect separated families. In fact, the Canadian government prioritizes the processing of sponsorship applications because it believes in keeping families together. Family members who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents have a lot of options for getting a family member who lives outside of Canada to move to Canada and become a permanent resident.

A member of the Canadian family may sponsor:

• His or her companion

• common-law partner

• Conjugal partner

• A child who is completely reliant on you

Children who have been adopted

• Parents

• Grandparents

The Requirements for a Sponsor Who Wants to Live in Canada

The sponsor must meet a few more requirements in addition to being a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in order to be able to help someone get a job.

The sponsoring organization must:

1. Demonstrate that they will be able to financially support their family members and any dependents if necessary.

2. Make an agreement with the government of Canada or the Province of Quebec, as well as the sponsored relative, in which the sponsor agrees to support the family member for a set period of time. In addition, the sponsored relative must work hard to sustain themselves.

3. You must be a Canadian citizen or hold a Canadian passport. When the sponsored relative comes to Canada, they must show that they want to live in Canada.

4. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old.

5. You will not be imprisoned or charged with a major offense.

6. Avoid going bankrupt.

If you are a permanent resident, you must not be subject to a removal order.

The Process of Family Sponsorship in Canada

You can sponsor certain family members to become Canadian permanent residents if you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who is 18 years old or older. You can live, study, and work in Canada if you become a permanent resident. If you help your relative move to Canada as a permanent resident, you must pay for them to live there.

You will receive an Acknowledgement of Receipt, commonly known as an AOR, once the IRCC has received your PR immigration application. This AOR confirms that your application file was successfully produced. You may also be given an "AOR date," which is the day on which your six-month processing time will begin.

Sponsorship Requirements

To become a sponsor, follow these steps:

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

• You and the sponsored relative must sign a sponsorship agreement in which you agree to financially support your relative if necessary. In addition, the agreement states that the individual who becomes a permanent resident will make every effort to sustain himself or herself.

• You must financially support a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner for three years after they become a permanent resident.

• You must financially support a dependent child for ten years or until the child turns twenty-five, whichever comes first.

Who Can You Sponsor?

You can assist by sponsoring.

• Spouse – Same on the outside, same on the inside

-Sex

• Common-law spouse (with restrictions)

• Conjugal partner—someone who is married to someone else (restrictions apply).

Children who are reliant

• guardians — (Additional terms apply)

• grandchildren – (Some restrictions apply)

• orphaned siblings and sisters, nephews and nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren under the age of 18 who are not married or in a common-law relationship

• another relative, regardless of age or kinship, but only in certain situations

• accompanying the aforementioned relatives (spouse, partner, and dependent children, for example).

Your Spouse's sponsorship

Spousal sponsorship is a subcategory of the Family Class category of immigration. A Canadian citizen or permanent resident may sponsor a spouse or common-law partner for permanent residence in Canada through this scheme. For the sponsored person to acquire a visa, both the Canadian citizen or permanent resident (also known as the "sponsor") and the foreign national (also known as the "sponsored person") must be approved by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The sponsor and sponsored individual must demonstrate that their relationship falls into one of three categories to get a visa through this immigration program: In a common-law conjugal relationship, the spouse is the partner. Same-sex couples are recognized in Canada as being eligible for spousal sponsorship. When a couple is together in Canada and the foreign spouse/common-law partner has temporary status in Canada, such as as a worker, student, or guest, it is referred to as "inland sponsorship." An outland application is usually pursued when the sponsored partner lives outside of Canada.

Your Child's Sponsorship

Dependent children, both natural and adopted, may be sponsored to live permanently in Canada with their parents. The family class of immigration includes the child sponsorship scheme. The sponsor and the sponsored person will have to verify their relationship in order to acquire a visa through this immigration program. Individuals who are in the last stages of their adoption proceedings might begin sponsoring their kids before the adoption is finalized. For more information on family relocation  VISIT HERE
